Fun Spot.

Happy Birthday to my beautiful little boy! This year no party again but always a celebration and he knows it's his day to celebrate. Jaylen loves farriers wheels and we always drive by this place called fun spot, which is like a carnival that never leaves. It has all the typical carnival rides and games and even a section for kids Jaylen's age. As you'll see by the pictures we all had a blast and I definitely felt like a kid again. Nothing like that when you get to do it right along side your kid!

Twas the Night Before 3

Tomorrow Jaylen will be 3, and I can't believe I'm gonna have a 3 year old. I probably will say this every year but the time really does just fly by, no way does it feel like it's been 3 years since I had him. He has grown sooo much and it's crazy to think now I can have conversations with him when just 3 years ago I was just talking to him as he starred back at me.

Tonight we prepared little gift bags for his friends at his daycare and cupcakes to share.
Tomorrow he will be another whole year older, wiser, and brighter.

Baseball Boy!

It's baseball season! Jaylen like any little boy likes to throw things and pretend and one day he was pretending to play baseball. We were playing together one day and I thought to myself why not get him playing with a coach and other kids. So the search began and I found one that was local and nation wide surprisingly and very affordable.

This was Jaylen's first day as a Little Slugger and he really enjoyed it and is actually really good at it. The classes are small but 3-4 kids is enough for one coach to handle so each kid gets some individual attention. The classes are about 7-8 weeks long and it's not just baseball or just for boys so check it out and see if they have a team in your area.

The Ear Thing.

I'm not sure what to call it.. except the Ear Thing that Jaylen does. He has literally done it since he was born and I wouldn't be surprised if he did it when he was in the womb. Maybe it's a comfort thing but he just puts his finger near his ear and I googled it and that said it could be an ear infection but that would mean he's had an ear infection since birth until now. And he's never had the other symptoms that come with an ear infection. I find it sweet and like a signature and I just love that ear thing he does...
