One with Nature..

            I have always loved the out doors and just the fresh air in general.. it just makes me feel so alive to breath in the natural air. Living in apartments it's not always easy to just go outside and be one with nature without the cars and buildings all around. So I like to make a point to get out of the house and take Jaylen to places that just have a paved side walk or too, and luckily enough Florida has alot of these parks that just have trails and that are surrounded my nature. He's an explorer just like me and loves asking questions and finding new sticks especially. It's clam and green.. my two favorite things.

Helpful is He!

      I wish it would last forever.. and just maybe it will. At one point Jaylen dreaded the vacuum and would run to me any time someone would even go to touch it. But these days he's all ears for it and hands! He was actually using it in this picture to clean up mostly his mess of fruit loops in the couch. It's a nice thing to see and I hope it last even past his teen years because who every he marry's one day will thank me!

All by himself

             He has done it, all by himself! Jaylen is one determined little boy, he always likes doing things on his own so it shouldn't of surprised me when he told me "No mommy let me do it" This bike of his is a smart trike and it transformed from a stroller like thing to a tricycle. He loves his bike and I was just so proud of him that he did it all by himself and told me he could do it. It's a bitter sweet feeling because I always want to help him do and learn new things but sometimes it's best for us to just let go and let them do it alone, because our kids are much wiser than we will ever be.

20!

Do I look 20 yet!?

              My birthday was a great on this year, my family always knows how to through a party and not only make me feel special but included everyone. I only turned 20 this year so to me it's not a big deal and I always say "oh you guys don't have to get me anything" But they always do!

               We went down to Downtown Disney and then to the Bodies Exhibit. Jaylen of course had to ride the train and he did it with his favorite auntie! Everyone had a great time while we were out and then we came home and opened gifts and kicked our feet up and just enjoyed each others company.
